1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Win Draw Lose mobile application for iOS and Android, our website at https://www.windraworlose.com/, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by WINDRAW LIMITED (“WDL,” “Win Draw Lose,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your state, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that all registration information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Account registration and security

To use most features of the Service, you must register an account using a valid email address and password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Maintain only one personal account unless we expressly authorize otherwise
• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access
• Complete email verification when requested

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Description of the Service

WDL is a competitive club-based football platform that lets users create and join clubs, manage squads and lineups, participate in leagues, tournaments, and friendlies, submit match results and statistics, compete on leaderboards, and interact with other players.
